On Thursday 20th June we have database maintenance scheduled to improve our long-term scalability.
The timing of the maintenance has now been revised to minimise disruption to you and other partners. During the new maintenance window of 4:00-8:00 AM UTC we anticipate two separate ten minute instances of downtime at: - 04:30 AM UTC and; - 6:30 AM UTC
During these two ten minute periods all API endpoints will not work. This includes placing orders and getting current eSIM status. We recommend customers refrain from using our API completely during these windows.
Any API calls made during these two ten minute periods will return the error 503 Service Unavailable, with a message stating that our system is “Under maintenance”. The Portal will also be inaccessible during these two ten minute periods.
There will be no impact to eSIMs for your customers: - data connectivity will continue to work as normal and; - existing QR codes can scanned as normal
